    Session #1: Pre Packs
    This panel will touch on a variety of  topics including the following:

• What to consider when deciding whether a company  can benefit  from a prepack and which industries will be taking advantage of   prepacks in the coming year
• Increased use of prepacks in light of the  Marblegate and Caesars decisions on the Trust Indenture Act
• Recent prepacks and a discussion of challenges  faced (Sbarro, ITR Concession Co. LLC, Dolan Co., CEDC, and others)    
• Whether prepacks can be used in an involuntary  context

Session #2: Plan Support
    The panel will discuss the use, effectiveness  and  limits  of plan and restructuring support agreements.  The panel will  explore  the developing jurisprudence regarding plan and restructuring support   agreements, including their permissibility, validity and  enforceability.   Recently, several plan and restructuring support  agreements have been  terminated or breached during a case so the panel  will also discuss the  availability and exercise of remedial rights and  the impact of such breaches or  terminations on a proceeding.
