Join TMA Long Island and the New York Institute of Credit for a virtual event with the U.S. Trustee’s Office for the EDNY Bankruptcy Courts. We are excited to hear from two Assistant U.S. Trustees, Christine Black and Marylou Martin, about the format and preparation of the new monthly operating reports and post-confirmation reports required to be used in chapter 11 cases and other pertinent topics for practitioners in the EDNY Bankruptcy Courts.
The United States Trustee Program is the component of the U.S. Department of Justice that supervises the administration of bankruptcy cases.
