Melanie Cyganowski, former U.S. Chief Bankruptcy Judge EDNY (of 14 years) who returned to private practice in 2007, will moderate this panel. A Fellow of the Am College of Bankruptcy and Lit Counsel of America, she is currently the Chair of the Restructuring & Bankruptcy Practice at Otterbourg P.C.
